Your questions, answered
Grouped by what you need to know, from booking to packing the car.
How do I check availability and book a site?
Check dates and book any of our three stay types directly at /stay. You can also call the office on (541) 555-0123 if you'd rather talk it through.
What's the difference between a tent site, RV site and safari tent?
The Tent Site suits campers pitching their own canvas by the water. The RV Site has hookups for your rig. The Safari Tent is a canvas tent with real beds, so you skip the air mattress. See all three at /rooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our office is open 8am to 8pm daily. Arrive within those hours and we'll walk you down to your site.
Do all the sites back onto the river?
Every site at Cedar Flats backs onto the Deschutes River or the pines, so you're never far from water or shade.
Do the safari tents have real beds?
Yes. The safari tents come with real beds, not cots or air mattresses. See the Safari Tent page at /rooms/safari-tent for details on what's inside.
Can I bring my dog?
Call the office at (541) 555-0123 to talk through bringing a pet along for your stay.
How do I find the campground and is there parking?
Cedar Flats is twenty minutes from Bend at 61000 River Rd. Full driving directions are at /location.
What if I need to cancel or change my dates?
Your booking confirmation at /stay covers the terms for your reservation. For anything else, call the office at (541) 555-0123.
